These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas, applicable to agreements made and to be performed therein without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas. BY CONTINUING TO USE OUR SITES, YOU AGREE TO ABIDE BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
