This invoice covers the build fees for the three websites delivered as part of the Bergeron Digital Network engagement. Per the service agreement, monthly management fees ($4/site) are billed separately starting from the date Nancy points DNS to the live hosting.

Two additional spec sites (bnbhot.com and realhotsprings.com) are also fully built and ready to add to the Bergeron network if desired — each is another $400 build fee. Let Paul know if you would like to add either or both to the contract.
