Building the deck

Duane Littwin of Double D Construction built all our decks. The house has a two level deck next to the pool along the west side of the house. This gives us access to the pool from the master bedroom. The first level of the deck extends to the front (north) side of the house. We built an unusual staircase with tiny steps to get from the master to the pool. Unconventional, but it works. The poles are 24' 4x6s and we plan to put a roof over the deck soon.
